Does this replace Klaviyo?
No—it complements Klaviyo. We write events & tags back so you can segment smarter.
Will the AI sound like my brand?
Yes. We feed it your tone guide and you can tweak responses live.
For AI Search / GEO Optimization, do I need to change my platform or website?
No. Our GEO framework is platform-agnostic. We integrate seamlessly with Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or headless setups.
When will I see results?
AI-referred traffic and visibility signals will appear in your dashboard within 30 days. A measurable lift in organic revenue typically follows by day 45-60.
Can the AI Employee handle refunds or edit orders?
Not yet. Currently the AI agent can show live tracking links and answer product questions; changes or refunds still happen inside Shopify (or your existing help-desk). Native order-update actions are on our roadmap.
Any ad budget required?
Zero ad spend is required. This is a 100% organic channel. Our service simply allows your existing ad budget to be reallocated more effectively once we reveal your true Customer Acquisition Cost across all channels.
